Payments are due on the 20th of each month.
If the 20th falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the due date will be moved to the following Monday.

To avoid a $20 late fee, payments must be received before 5:00 p.m. on the due date — whether paid online, in person, or placed in the drop box.

Online payments made after 5:00 p.m. on the due date will incur a $20 late fee.

AS OF MAY 12, 2026 "RED TAG" NOTICES WILL NO LONGER BE ISSUED. FULL PAYMENT MUST BE RECIEVED IN OUR OFFICE BY 12:00 PM ON THE CUT OFF DATE PRINTED ON YOUR BILL. OR YOUR SERVICE WILL BE TERMINATED AND RECONNTION FEE WILL BE REQUIRED TO RESTORE SERVICE
